- Check your email for your private offer. Once your athlete is placed on a team, you’ll get a personal registration link (titled something like “Team Pathway” or “Registration Offer”) sent to the parent email on file. That link shows your approved team, season fee, and payment options, including payment plans.
- Didn’t get one, or lost the link? Email info@academyvolleyclub.com and we’ll resend it.
- Questions about a fee, installment, or a credit from a prior camp/clinic? Email the same address — our finance team will double-check the numbers before replying, since these always involve real dollar amounts.
- Already paying? Your Stripe receipts are your record of payment; reach out any time if a charge looks off.

How do I find my team’s registration offer?
Look for an email from our offers address with your athlete’s name and team. It contains a private link — not a general login — that opens your personalized fee and payment options.
How do payment plans and installment fees work?
Most teams offer a full-pay or installment option at checkout. Some installment plans include a small added fee, which is disclosed on your offer before you choose a plan. Email info@academyvolleyclub.com if you want the exact numbers for your plan confirmed before you pay.
Can I apply a credit from a previous camp, clinic, or withdrawal?
Yes — credits are tracked per family and can be applied to a new registration or invoice. Email info@academyvolleyclub.com with your athlete’s name and we’ll confirm the balance and apply it.
Where do I register for a camp, clinic, or open gym?
Visit the Camps & Clinics page for the current schedule and open registration links by location.
Who do I contact about practice or game schedules?
Team calendars are rolling out this week. Until your team’s calendar is posted, your coach is the fastest source for practice times; email info@academyvolleyclub.com for anything else.
